The range is constantly under development.Our breads are as varied as Simon's imagination but are centred around a "house style" which tends towards chewy flavoursome white loaves with Italian inspiration alongside deep-flavoured gutsy middle European doughs which draw their character from the rustic breads of Germany,Poland and the Balkan states and use several grains to add to the texture and taste.We are always happy to suggest breads from our range to suit your palate ,your other dishes or your cheeseboard.If it is a very special occasion we can even design a bread for you which will reflect your meal perfectly.
